Gold Rush is a casual offline game for entertainment. Coins, diamonds, and scores are fictional game elements with no cash value.

1. Using the game

These terms describe your use of the Gold Rush game provided by Rfeam (the developer). You may install and play the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms and applicable law.

If you do not agree with these terms, you can stop using the game and uninstall it. If you are below the age at which you can agree to terms where you live, ask a parent or guardian to review them with you.

2. Game rules and scores

Catch coins and diamonds, avoid bombs, and try to improve your score. Game points cannot be bought, sold, transferred, redeemed, or exchanged for money, goods, or prizes. The game offers no gambling, cash rewards, or withdrawals.

Your best score is saved locally. It may be lost if you clear app or browser data, uninstall the game, or change devices. The game does not provide account-based recovery or cross-device score synchronization.

3. Permission to use the app

The developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive permission to use the game for the purpose described above. Ownership of the game's software, artwork, and other content remains with their respective rights holders.

Do not redistribute or sell the game or its content without the relevant rights holder's permission. These terms do not limit uses permitted by applicable law or by a separate license that applies to particular content.

4. Responsible use

Use the game lawfully. Do not present a modified copy as an official release, misrepresent the developer, or use the game to infringe another person's rights.

5. Privacy

The game stores a best score on your device and does not upload it. Read the Privacy Policy for details about local storage, deletion, and contacting the developer.

6. Updates and availability

Updates may change gameplay or fix problems. Availability and compatibility can vary by device and operating system. The developer does not promise that the game will be free of every error or compatible with every device, and these terms do not promise ongoing updates.

7. Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms removes any consumer rights, guarantees, remedies, or other protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Any responsibility for loss or damage is determined by applicable law; these terms do not exclude liability that the law does not allow to be excluded.

8. Ending your use

You can stop using the game at any time. Uninstall the Android app or clear the browser website's data to remove its locally stored score. No account cancellation is needed.

9. Changes and contact

These terms may be updated when the game or its conditions of use change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Any notice or agreement required by applicable law will be provided.
