Gold Rush
Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 23, 2026
Gold Rush is an offline arcade game. The game does not collect or transmit your personal data. Your best score stays on your device.
1. What this policy covers
This policy describes the data practices of the Gold Rush Android game and its browser game code. Gold Rush is developed and provided by Rfeam.
2. Information stored on your device
The game saves your best score in local storage so it can display your record the next time you play. This score is not linked to a name, account, or device identifier. Your current round runs in memory and is not uploaded.
In the Android app, the best score is stored in the app's private Android preferences. In a browser, it is stored in that browser's local storage for the game's website. Scores do not sync between devices, apps, or browsers.
3. No collection, advertising, or sharing
The game has no accounts, advertising, analytics, tracking SDKs, in-app purchases, or developer-operated online services. The Android app does not request internet, location, camera, microphone, contacts, or shared-storage permissions.
We do not receive, sell, or share your best score or personal data through the game. There are no developer servers holding your gameplay data.
4. Retention and deletion
Your best score remains on your device until the game's local data is cleared. On Android, you can delete it by clearing the app's storage in your device settings or uninstalling the app. Android backup is disabled for the app.
For the browser version, clear the website's data in your browser settings to delete the stored score. Clearing data resets your record, and we cannot recover or restore it.
5. Google Play, your device, and hosted pages
Google Play, Android, and your browser may process information under their own policies, independently of the game. This policy does not replace those policies.
If you read this policy or play the browser version on a website, the website's hosting service receives the web requests needed to deliver those pages. The website operator is responsible for disclosing any hosting-related data practices. The bundled Android game works without those web requests.
6. Children
The game's data practices are the same for every player. The game does not ask for age, names, contact details, or other personal information, and it has no chat or account features. This statement does not set an age rating; consult the game's store listing for its content rating.
7. Changes to this policy
If the game's data practices change, this policy will be updated with a new effective date. Any new collection of data will be disclosed before it begins, with consent requested where required.
